The R15 refiner made of stainless steel, revolutionizes the world of bean to bar, refining, quickly and silently, oilseeds directly from the grains from very small quantities of product up to 15kg in extraordinarily fast times.
With the possibility of working also with a stone insert and prearrangement for dosing and tempering function.

The machine has small dimensions (40cm*40cm*50cm) with a weight of about 35kg for the Teflon/stainless steel version and about 43kg for the stone version. Dimensions and weight are designed to facilitate their use even in small spaces or open laboratories.
Despite its small size, it has an excellent internal capacity of up to 18kg for the Teflon/stainless steel version and up to 15kg for the stone version.
Both versions are internally heated up to a maximum of 70°C adjustable with an automatic thermostat and are equipped with a filling sensor.
There is a fan as an optional that can help in the conching phase for the volatilization of negative scents or for those who need cooling.
For internal cleaning, the rollers are completely removable and dishwasher safe.
The refiner is capable of refining previously roasted and granulated peanuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds and cocoa beans.
